This historic Hollywood apartment building, originally built in 1925, had the kind of character we love to lean into. For the lobby, we created a layered, inviting space with a custom curved sofa, vintage bar, and thoughtfully selected seating that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The goal was to honor the building’s old Hollywood charm while giving residents and guests a warm, memorable first impression the moment they walked in.
